To be eligible for a return, your perfume must meet all of the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, including any cellophane wrap.
The item is in a resaleable condition, with the original box, cellophane, labels, and any promotional materials intact.
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We cannot accept returns for:
Perfumes that have been opened, unwrapped, sprayed, or used.
Items with broken seals or removed cellophane wrapping.
Products not purchased directly from ELISHI.
Items returned after the return window has expired.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your perfume arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at elishiltd@outlook.com.
We will arrange an exchange or refund once the issue is verified.
Please include photos of the packaging and product to elishiltd@outlook.com to help us process your claim quickly.

Return postage costs are £3.50 which will be deducted off your refundable amount.

DPD Next Day Delivery Next working day (orders before 5pm) £6.90.
Orders are usually processed within the same working day of payment being received.
Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
ELISHI is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or DPD once parcels have been dispatched, but we will always assist you in tracking or resolving any delivery issues.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been shipped.
